David Rogers

– CEO of Westminster Coverforce

David Rogers boasts over 35 years of experience in the Insurance Industry, presently serving as the CEO of Westminster Coverforce. His journey with Westminster commenced in 1989 as a Senior Broker, progressing to a shareholder and Director by December 1994. In 2014 David became the majority owner of the business and took on the role of Managing Director. Following the merging of the Westminster business in 2018 with Coverforce Insurance Brokers, David was appointed CEO of Westminster Coverforce.

He held two National Board positions representing 22 Broking companies in Western Australia, namely with the Insurance Brokers Network of Australia (IBNA) and Austbrokers IBNA Management Services (AIMS),he held these positions for more than 15 years until 2019. Notably, IBNA’s acquisition by Steadfast for $84M marked a significant milestone in his tenure.

External to the Australian insurance industry, David dedicated five years to the WA Chinese Chamber of Commerce (WACCC) committee. David excels in skills of policy placement, insurer negotiations and as a result of industry board positions is in regular communication with all CEO and executives of all the major Insurance companies around Australia and can command considerable leverage if any insurer falls short on the commitments generated within policy coverage.
