Roger is the Founder / managing director of Arcadia Group which specialises in designing, developing and managing retirement resorts and premium properties. For over 20 years, Roger has managed a number of Australian businesses in the automotive and healthcare sectors. He is the Honorary President and Trustee of the Chamber and has significant experience in business relations in international markets, particularly China.
